On the oral request made by learned counsel for the parties, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Arb P No. 20/2025, the name of the Sole Arbitrator has been recorded as “Shri Vinod Gupta, Chief Engineer (Retired)”. 2. It is submitted that the correct name of the Arbitrator, as consented to and intended by the parties to be appointed is “Shri Vinod Sharma, Chief Engineer (Retired)”. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission and since the error in the surname is purely typographical/clerical and inadvertent in nature, it is ordered that instead of “Shri Vinod Gupta, Chief Engineer (Retired)” recorded in the order dated 05.06.2026, the same shall be read as “Shri Vinod Sharma, Chief Engineer (Retired)”. 4. The order dated 05.06.2026 shall stand corrected to the above extent and shall form part and parcel of the order dated 05.06.2026. 5.
