The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following prayer:- 10(i) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction to Respondent No. 2 Tehsildar to take possession of the secured assets from private Respondents in compliance of the orders of the District Magistrate, Raipur passed in the Revenue Case No. 22/B-121/Year 2017-2018, as well as the Said Act, expeditiously, within a prescribed time frame; and 10(ii) Pass such order consequential Writ(s), Order(s) or Direction(s) as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances of this case in the interest of Justice, Equity & Fair Play. 2.
