At the very outset, Sri Danish, counsel for the writ petitiioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised in issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent no.2 to re-conduct physical examination of the petitioner on the post of constable in advertisement No. PRPB-one-(1)150RFP/2023 having roll no.2404019753 with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
