JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 07/08/2025 This writ petition is filed seeking benefit of Circular dated 25.01.1992 issued by the State Government for extension of first, second and third selection scale on completion of 9, 18 and 27 years of service respectively. Indisputably, the benefit of circular is unavailable to the members of the State service and in view of the contents of the reply filed by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to dispute that they are not members of the State service. He also could not dispute that being members of the State service, the petitioners are not entitled for the benefit of Circular dated 25.01.1992. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in the writ petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
