Mr. Basant Singh, Advocate, contended that the bail application of the applicant was dismissed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Udham Singh Nagar. An Appeal was filed. Appeal has also been dismissed. 4. Mr. Basant Singh, Advocate, on instructions, has requested to permit the father of the child in conflict with law to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a Criminal Revision. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent. 6. The present Bail Application (BA1 No. 1499 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed.
