(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.55 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.69 of 2023, under Sections 376(2)(f), 376(2)(m), 376-A, 376-B, 506 IPC and Section 5(l), (m), (n)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kankhal, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2030 of 2023, was rejected on 21.02.2024. 2 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 4. The bail application is rejected.
