Case No. 160 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 318(4), 319(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act. 3. The petitioner was arrested for allegedly committing cyber fraud. The recovery made includes five ATM cards, six mobile phones and cash amounting to Rs.10,000/-. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024. 4. Considering the substantial recovery of ATM cards and other materials and the fact that the petitioner was found involved in cyber fraud, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
