This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to demarcate the petitioner's Gata No. 768क/0.1420 hectare situated at revenue village Karuadeeh, Tehsil-Handiya, District Prayagraj and fix the stone pillar over the same land strictly in accordance with law and deliver the possession over same land restraining the answering respondents not to interfere into peaceful possession of the petitioner." 2. It is contended that proceeding under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act was initiated by petitioner and an order for demarcation was passed, which was acted upon and pillars were affixed. The private respondents, thereafter, had removed the said pillars. Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the private respondents. 3. Petitioner has a remedy of filing application under Section 22/23 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and, in case, any such application is moved by the petitioner, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law. 4.
