JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 20-11-2025 RE :- Cr. Misc. No. 62576 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State . 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) , 329 ( 4 ), 115 ( 2 ), 74 and 3 (5) of BNS. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62576 of 2025(3) dt.20-11-2025 2/3 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Abhilasha devi alleged that on 23.02.2025 at about 8 O’Clock , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 7 unknown persons came, abused and assaulted father-in -law of informant with lathi, danda and threw him from terrace , as a result of which he died. Postmortem report reveals that injuries were caused by heavy and hard blunt object. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , postmortem report and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. RE :- Cr. Misc.
