Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 5. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the admitted amount sum of Rs.2,16,412/- and Rs.2,14,949/-, total sum of Rs.4,31,361/-with interest to the petitioner in respect of two agreement nos.27 & 28 dated 22.07.2017 respectively. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025 within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. (iv) To award cost of the petition to the petitioner." 3. Sri Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondents-Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. states that the amount of Rs.4,31,361/- is under process and shall be paid to the petitioner expeditiously. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition is being disposed off directing the respondent no.5- Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division-II, Gyanpur Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sushil Kumar Pandey M/S M.K. Enterprises .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Bhadohi to make the payment of Rs.4,31,361/- to the petitioner within a period of one month from today.
