Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. The instant matter has already been sent for verification of documents as per the orders of coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. In compliance of the order, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, came up with the information that in respect of demand of relevant documents by concerned verification officer, the same has not been provided by the petitioners and as such the time frame allocated by coordinate Bench of this Court has already been expired. 5. Considering the case of the petitioners, there is hardly any cause of action arises for seeking prayer mentioned in the instant petition and as such the present writ petition stands disposed of.
