From the perusal of the record, it appears that this matter was referred to Mediation Centre, District Court, Aligarh but subsequently mediation has failed and this Court also recorded the factum of failing mediation vide order dated 19.2.2025 and interim order was also not extended. This matter was heard on 24.3.2025 on that date, the counsel for the applicant was directed to file an amendment application to convert this application into the application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. 4. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the applicants have not filed any amendment application, therefore, the present application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
