JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA) Heard Sri.Arunkumar Amargundappa, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate who represents respondents. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2257 WP No. 200894 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Data Entry Operator at the office of respondent No.4 in the year 2022. The petitioner was rendering his services continuously without any interruption. However, after one year the petitioner was asked not to attend the office. He was not given any order of termination and no reasons were assigned for denying appointment to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted number of representations, but respondent Nos.3 and 4 failed to consider those representations and therefore, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel submits that no further orders are required except to direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner and to pass necessary orders. 3. Having considered the justification in the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of with the following: ORDER i. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 and pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. ii.
