Certain recommendations have also been made informing the concerned respondent that the adverse proceedings against the petitioner have already been dropped. Learned State Counsel states that the petitioner's grievance would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent its grievance before the respondent no. 4, annexing all materials in support of its claim, together with a certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The concerned authority shall take an appropriate decision, relating to renewal of contract for transportation of paddy in terms of the applicable scheme, within a period of two months, thereafter.
