The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants praying for quashing of the N.B.W. order dated 06.08.2024 and summoning Order dated 23.07.2021 as well as entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 58 of 2021 (Rahul Agrawal vs. Smt. Afi Gupta and others), pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, under sections 379, 406 I.P.C. at Police Station Raya, District Mathura. 4. The Court does not see any illegality, impropriety and incorrectness in the impugned order under challenge and also there seem to be no abuse of court's process. There is no good ground to interfere in the same, therefore, the prayer for quashing of the impugned order is refused. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that in case the applicants surrender within three weeks from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6. Till three weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforementioned case. 7. With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed of.
