This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 117(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Opportunity was given to the State to oppose the anticipatory bail which the State availed and opposed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners the very outset doesn’t press this application so far as it relates to petitioner No. 1 namely Sourav Singh @ Sourav Kumar Singh @ Chinku. 5. Accordingly, this petition so far as it relates to petitioner No. 1 is concerned is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. The allegation in the written report is that the petitioner No. 1 and his wife entered the house of this informant and assaulted his father, as a result of which his father sustained several injuries. The allegation against petitioner No. 2 namely Nisha Kumari is that she snatched the gold chain from the neck of the informant. 2025:JHHC:11449 2 7. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 8. Considering the fact that the entire allegation of assault is upon petitioner No. 1 and not on this petitioner No. 2 namely Nisha Kumari being a lady, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail so far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned. 9. The petitioner no. 2, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on the event of her surrender or arrest, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Sudamdih P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioners and other should be a resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient landed property in his name or in the name of his ancestors in which he is having share and to that effect, he has to file an affidavit before the Trial Court indicating his share in the property. 10. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is partly allowed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Arpit/
