The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Deoria to decide the Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2014, (State Vs. Bagessh and others) under Section 307 of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria, within stipulated period. Considering the fact that the Session Trial has remained pending since 2014, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
