Brief facts of the case arethat, on 16.12.2024 atabout2.00 p.m., on receipt of credible information about illegal transportation of GanJ'a, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to opposite to Chinturu Police Station, and caught the accused in possession Of 50Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material Was Seized under the cover Of mediators report. 3. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. A perusal Of the material On record goes tO Show that basing On the confessional statement of A2 to A4 that they have purchased the contraband involved in the present crime from the petitioner herein/A1. 6. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner herein has been in judicial custody since o6.1.2025 and the charge sheet is not filed for want of inventory and RFSL report. 7. Considering the SubmiSSiOnS made and On Perusal Of the material on record, it is seen that no property was seized from the possession of the petitioner herein/A1. lt is alleged against the Petitioner herein iS that A2 to A4 purchased the COntraband from the Petit'lOner herein/Al and the petitioner herein has been in judic®lal custody since o6.01.2025 and most of the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is not filed for want of inventory and RFSL report. 8. In view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the Case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner here-ln, on the following conditions. i.
