Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu University and Registrar of the said University have filed these applications for modification of order dated 03.12.2024 passed in Review Petitions No. 278/2024; 279/2024; 280/2024 and 281/2024. 2. Mr. Ali Asgar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/applicants would submit that in WPS No. 4752/2024 and other connected matters, petitions were allowed with a direction to the State to get the writ petitioners admitted for B.V.Sc and AH Courses in the next academic session 2025-26, with further direction, treating it as an exceptional case. He would contend that review petitions were filed by the writ petitioners for modification of order to the effect that instead of academic session 2024-25, they were permitted to get admission for academic session 2025-26. Mr. Ali Asgar would contend that the State Government has not issued no objection certificate in favour of the writ petitioners, therefore, practically it is not possible for University to permit the writ petitioners to get admission for academic session 2024- 25. He would pray that the order may be modified and the petitioners may permitted to grant admission to the writ petitioners in the academic session 2025-26. 4 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/non-applicants would oppose. They would submit that the writ appeals filed by the State Government has already been dismissed. They would contend that there is no typographical mistake in the orders passed in review petitions. They would submit that the orders were passed on review petitions preferred by the writ petitioners and the University has no right to make prayer for modification of common order dated 03.12.2024 passed in review petitions. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Having considered the fact that writ petitions were filed by students/writ petitioners and review petitions were also filed those writ petitioners, whereas these applications (MCCs) for modification have been filed by the University for modification of orders passed in review petitions. There is no typographical mistake in the orders passed in review petitions and thus, the applications for modification filed by University, in the opinion of this Court, are not maintainable, therefore, all the applications (MCCs) are hereby dismissed.
