In view of the fact that the said Execution Petition has already been disposed off and appropriate orders have been passed therein, no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Revision Petition. Consequently, the relief sought in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, and nothing survives for consideration before this Court. 2. In light of the above submissions and taking into consideration the fact that the matter has already been effectively adjudicated in E.P. No.60 of 2015, the present Civil Revision Petition is hereby closed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
