Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on oral instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the parties and in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 16.03.2020, no further orders are necessary in this matter and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders.
