The writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to make representation to the Director, Training and Employment, Uttarakhand, within three weeks from today. 5. If petitioners make such representation within the stipulated time, the Director, Training and Employment, Uttarakhand shall consider their prayer and take decision as per law within three months thereafter.
