Laskar for the petitioner Parvez Alom @Parvej Alom who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 135/2024 arising out of Lanka P.S. Case No. 228/2022 under Sections 365 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K. Baishya for the respondent State and Mr. D. K. Agarwala for the respondent No. 2. 3. I have considered the submissions at the Bar. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has kidnapped the minor victim ‘X’. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim and the petitioner had married and they are living together as husband and wife. It is further submitted that the victim had attained majority by now. The petitioner is willing to co-operate with the trial. 5. I have considered the submission that the petitioner is willing to co-operate with the trial and to abide by any stringent bail conditions if imposed upon him. 6. Considering all aspects, it appears that anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner. 7. The petitioner is thereby enlarged on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court may impose certain conditions to secure the attendance of the petitioner. 8. In terms of the above observation, this bail application stands disposed of.
