Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 26.11.2024 instruction was placed before the Court, same is taken on record. Copy of the same was also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer :- "a. To summon the copy of impugned order dated 02.02.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 by which OCI card No. A2241892 of the petitioner has been cancelled and quash the same as well as order dated 07.08.2024 passed by respondent no.1 in revision in under section 15 of the Citizenship act 1955 15 filed by petitioner." 3. After going through the instruction, it is very fairly argued by counsel for the petitioner that against the aforesaid order first appeal from order as provided under Family Courts Act, 1984 has been preferred by the petitioner hence present writ petition has become infructuous. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. This order has been passed in presence of Ms. Anita Kushwaha, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri Himanshu Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.5.
