Heard Sri Gaurav Tripathi, holding brief of Sri Mohammad Firoz Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 2079 of 2022, computerized case no. T202215060302079, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. The petitioner has stated herself to be one of the respondents in the aforesaid proceedings. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Iglas, District Aligarh to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohammad Firoz Khan Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Rameshwar Prasad Shukla Kavalpatti Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
