Considering the fact that the nature of dispute raised by the petitioner is one which is purely arising out a contract and agreement between the petitioner and the respondents, this Court is of the opinion the writ petition would not be proper remedy available for the petitioner for RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2025.02.18 16:04:18 +0530

2. Moreover, as per the representation of petitioner, it appears to have been made invoking the provisions of clause 28 of the agreement or the contract entered into between the parties. It is clearly effected that the petitioner in terms of the contract conditions regarding ventilating his grievances are availed the remedy provided hence the writ at this juncture would not be maintainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner to pursue his remedy under the contract the present writ petition deserves to be disposed off.
