Iglas, District Aligarh in considering the application of the petitioner dated June 15, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand 4th Southern Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Iglas, District Aligarh should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated June 15, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand 4th Southern Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Iglas, District Aligarh is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated June 15, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and Neeraj Singh as well as any other relevant co- owners of the property in question. 5.
