It has been asserted that there is delay of 28 days’ in filing the revision petition which occurred because the applicant No.1 was admitted in the hospital and was discharged on 17.2.2025. This plea is duly supported by an afÏdavit. Since the illness is beyond the control of a person, therefore, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the revision petition is ordered to be condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr. Revision (ST) No. 2472 of 2025 Vide separate order passed in Cr.MP(M) No. 758 of 2025, delay in filing the criminal revision has condoned. Revision be registered. Issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable within two weeks on taking steps within three days.
