The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 08.08.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr in Case No. 19718 of 2021, (State Vs. Sachin and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 434 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 336 of I.P.C., Police Station- Anoop Shahar, District- Bulandshahr, whereby the non-bailable warrant has been issued. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the charge- sheet has been submitted against the applicant. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
