Sri Bachchu Lal Yadav, learned advocate appears for the applicant and submits that the applicant/informant has moved application under Section 529 of B.N.S.S. for issuance of direction to expedite the disposal of Criminal Case No.648 of 2024 (Old Case No.788 of 2022) (State Versus Abhishek alias Monu and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0270 of 2020 under Section 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri. Learned counsel has drawn attention of this Court towards order-sheet which shows that on 01.09.2022 the Court has taken cognizance of the offence and on 23.05.2023 the accused/opposite party no.2 and 3 have put in appearance before the Court during trial, despite that the charge has been framed on 18.08.2025. In the meantime, the accused had also absconded and non-bailable warrants were issued against them. Presently the case is fixed for 16.10.2025. He, therefore, seeks interference by this Court for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the trial. 2. Learned A.G.A. appears for State. 3. There is no point in issuing notices to opposite party nos. 2 and 3, as the innocuous prayer of the applicant/informant is for expeditious disposal of the trial. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. Perusal of the order-sheet reveals that despite the presence of accused on 23.05.2023 the charge has been framed Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Bachchu Lal Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Kamal Swaroop .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) only on 18.08.2025. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide it at an early date. 5.
