Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. ____________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Though vide order dated 19.06.2025, this Court had granted last opportunity to respondents to file reply, but learned Additional Advocate General, while placing on record communication dated 19.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur, H.P., enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 08.07.2025, issued by afore authority, states that respondent No.3 examined the case of the petitioner and found that seniority list framed/issued for Beldar is incorrect and some of the seniors are mentioned as juniors. It is further submitted that Government vide policy dated 06.05.2000, vide column 6, clarified regarding framing of seniority of daily wage basis and accordingly in terms of aforesaid instructions, seniority list of Beldar were reviewed and reframed as per instructions mentioned ibid 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 and reviewed the DPC dated 02.09.2024 and accordingly promoted the petitioner to the post of Fitter (Junior Technician) w.e.f. 27.11.2024. Copy of office order dated 08.07.2025, showing promotion of the petitioner from due date, has been placed on record. 2. In view of the above, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, on account of promotion of the petitioner, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months.
