The order dated 29.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.29296 of 2023 is under challenge in the present writ appeal. 2. The petitioner is the appellant before this Court. The writ petition was instituted challenging the surcharge award dated 19.08.2023 passed under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, 1983 [hereinafter referred to as 'TNCS Act'] by the District Registrar of Co-operative Societies. The appellant is entitled to prefer and appeal under Section 152 of the TNCS Act before the Special Tribunal For Co-operative Cases. 3. Accordingly, the appellant has to prefer statutory appeal under Section 152 of the TNCS Act. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed.
