Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "(I) To direct the Upper Judge (Senior Division) I Jaunpur to decide the execution case No. 32 of 2015 (Akhil Kumar Gupta Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of original suit No. 534 of 1991 (Akhil Kumar Gupta Vs. State of U.P.), within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the execution application is pending since 2015. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Upper Judge (Senior Division) I Jaunpur to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 32 of 2015, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
