Heard Sri Rajeev Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4. The present writ petition has been filed by petitioner for commanding the respondent no.2 to consider his application dated 6.8.2025 filed for taking action against the respondent nos.5 and 6. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he had filed complaint supported with affidavit as contemplated under the relevant rules but no action has been taken till date. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to consider the complaint of petitioner by calling for report as contemplated under relevant rules and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
