Case No. 241 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025. 5. From the reading of the prosecution case and the materials available on record, it appears that the victim girl is a major and she has eloped with the petitioner. 6.
