Heard Ms. Ruhi Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant-wife has moved an application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. for expeditious disposal of her application, pending in the court of Gram Nyayalaya Handia Prayagraj, the Complaint Case No.825 of 2024 (Saniya Fatma Vs. Jishan Siddhique and others) under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards order dated 05.06.2024, wherein it is recorded that the opposite party no.1 (husband) has put in appearance in the case. She is aggrieved due to the laxity in disposal of the case and continuous fixing of the date in the matter. Hence, seeks interference of this Court for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the trial court. 4. There is no point in issuing notice on opposite party nos.1 to 7, the husband and in-laws of the applicant, as the prayer in the application is for expeditious disposal of the case. 5. This Court has considered the arguments and record. The application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been moved by the applicant on 24.04.2024, the opposite party no.1, the husband has put in appearance on 05.06.2024 but despite the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Jawed Ahamad, Ruhi Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Saniya Fatma .....Applicant(s) Jishan Siddhique And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) appearance of the opposite party, the application has not been disposed of. 6. The learned trial court may expedite the disposal of the application detailed above at an early date as expeditiously as possible, according to the provision of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 7.
