Petitioner's contention that over his abadi land interference is being made by the Village Pradhan would require ascertainment of various factual aspects including petitioner's right and possession over the property. Such issues can always be examined by the competent civil court, at the first instance. The writ petition is not the proper remedy. In such circumstances, we decline to interfere in the present writ petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the competent forum. Dismissed, accordingly.
