The present revision under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2012 has been filed by the revisionist Chandan Singh with the prayers to admit and allow the present Criminal Revision and set aside the impugned order dated 6.9.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Court No.3, Moradabad in Criminal Appeal No. 44 of 2024 (Juvenile vs. State of U.P. and others) under Section 52 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and further prayed to stay the effect and operation of the aforesaid impugned order. 4.
