Court is not going into the background of occurrence that petitioner was sent to jail on 05.06.2024 in a complaint case and was released on bail on 23.08.2024 and due to his arrest he was put under suspension vide order dated 18.06.2024, which is impugned in present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to his instruction, no inquiry has been contemplated or initiated against petitioner in pursuance of impugned suspension order and he has been released on bail and joined at College concerned on 07.09.2024 and now attached to Political Science Department. He further submits that suspension order cannot go on for indefinite period and prays that it may be quashed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-3 submits that contesting party is Respondent-6, i.e., Sakaldiha P.G. College, Sakaldiha and no prior copy has been served to it. 5. I have considered the above submissions. Since there are subsequent events which may have impact on impugned suspension order, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that on basis of subsequent events and that if inquiry is not contemplated or initiated or proceeded substantially within six weeks from today, impugned suspension order dated 18.06.2024 will be considered to be kept in abeyance. If there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
