Heard Shri Manoj Kumar Chandel, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ajay Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sunder , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Sakaldeeha , District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one alive cow and one alive calf was recovered from the vehicle driven by the applicant.
