Tiwari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State submits, he does not have instructions that view taken by the Lucknow Bench in, inter-alia Writ-C no.718 of 2025 (Anil Kumar Vs. State of U.P. through Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. of Home Lko. and 3 others) has been interfered with. 3. Respondent no.3 is directed to issue the character certificate pursuant to view taken in Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application dated 5th September, 2025 to said respondent. The certificate be issued within three weeks of the communication. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
