The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.4 to remove the illegal encroachment, existing over the land having Gata No.569 measuring an area about 0.1300 Hectare situated at village Khaira Nisfi, Pargana Sikhandarpur Garwi Tehsil Rasra, District Ballia. 2. Sri Ajitabh Choubey, learned counsel appearing for intervener and placed before this Court the report issued by the revenue authority along with the map. On the basis of the above report, it is argued that necessary action has already been taken by the revenue authorities pursuant to the order dated 26.05.2023. In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous. 3. After going through the aforesaid report, it is very fairy argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted by the revenue authorities. 4.
