This application u/s 482 CrPC has been filed for quashing of the recovery warrant order dated 31.08.2022 issued by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhadohi in Criminal Misc. Case No.173 of 2022 (Mahvish Nisha v. Mohammad Imran), under Section 128 CrPC, Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to decide the application of applicant filed under Section 126(2) CrPC vide Misc. Case No.F194 of 2023 expeditiously within a specific time frame. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the Family Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of Misc. Case No.F194 of 2023 (Mohd. Imran v. Mahvish Nisha) under Section 126(2) CrPC and to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
