HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 5602 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned standing counsel for the opposite party. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.3.2024 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 11184 of 2022 wherein this Court has observed as under: " In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach respondent-concerned by way of filing individual detailed representation disclosing all relevant material. The respondent-concerned will be under obligation to consider said representations expeditiously, if filed. " It is stated that in spite of service upon the opposite party no order has yet been passed. Prima facie, a case of contempt has been made out. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, one more opportunity is afforded to the opposite party to comply with the aforesaid order of this Court within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The applicant shall supply a duly stamped registered envelope addressed to the opposite party and another self-addressed stamped envelope to the office within one week from today. The office shall send a copy of this order along with the self-addressed envelope of the applicant with a copy of contempt Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Santosh Kumar Vishwakarma And 7 Others .....Applicant(s) Surendra Kumar Tiwari And Another .....Opposite Party(s) application to the opposite party within one week thereafter and keep a recorded thereof. The opposite party shall comply with the directions of the writ court and intimate him of the order through the self-addressed envelop within a week thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
