Case No. 534 of 2024, (Abhijeet Rai Vs. Dr. Anumeha), under Section 379 of B.N.S.S., whereby the case was registered under Section 379 of B.N.S.S. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that matter is pending for satisfaction of the Court. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
