The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioners institution for granting/according the financial concurrences to the employees of the institution for ensuring payment of salary to them since 2.12.2006 instead of 23.06.2023 forthwith within the stipulated period or as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.07.2024 preferred by the petitioners [contained in Annexure 16 of the writ petition] accordingly forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Pleadings have already been exchanged between the parties. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the prayer No.2, i.e., to decide the representation dated 10.07.2024. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 5. In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Regional Assistant Director of Education (Basic) Azamgarh Region Azmagarh to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 10.07.2024 submitted by the petitioners most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from today. 6. Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the respondent No.2/Regional Assistant Director of Education (Basic) Azamgarh Region Azmagarh through C.J.M. Azamgarh within a week from today.
