Since the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry is minor in nature, hence, hereby overruled. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- 1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated issued by respondent. 2. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 1, 2 & 3 to pay salary to petitioner, of the post of Headmaster of B D inter college bhagwanpur haridwar from 30.06.1993 to 31.03.2017 with all consequential benefits. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that petitioner retired as Assistant Teacher L.T. Grade on 31.03.2017 and he was paid all monetary dues, as admissible to him, in law. He further submits that this writ petition has been filed by him after more than seven years. He thus submits that the writ petition suffers from delay and laches and there 2025:UHC:1413-DB is no explanation for such inordinate delay of seven years. 6. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is absolutely silent as regards the delay and there is no explanation offered for delay of seven years. 7. Even otherwise also, there are judicial orders passed by learned Single Judge as well as coordinate Bench, which indicate that petitioner filed writ petitions from time to time and now, petitioner cannot be permitted to re-agitate the issues, which have already been decided by the Competent Court of Law. 8.
