Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount, being Rs.8,81,400/- deposited before the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order dated 03.01.2025 passed in I.A.(Civil) No.4034/2024. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1 submits that he has no objection in the event of releasing the aforesaid amount to the applicants. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited awarded amount, being Rs.8,81,400/-, from the Registry of this Court. In terms of above, this I.A. stands closed.
