The present applicant is the informant – victim. She has filed the said supplementary affidavit requesting to decide the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 directing the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital to decide the said criminal revision as expeditiously as possible. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 6. In the facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital is directed to expedite the proceedings of the said Criminal Revision (No.29 of 2025) and decide the same as per law as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties. 7.
