By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the Tehsildar to conclude the mutation proceeding drawn pursuance to the petitioner’s application filed vide (Annexure P/2), on the basis of which notices were issued by the Tehsildar on 08.10.2024 vide (Annexure P/3), however after the said proclamation the Tehsildar has not proceeded further and the application is still pending before the Tehsildar. 2. Learned State counsel would submit that if the application of mutation is still pending before the Tehsildar. The Tehsildar shall act in accordance with law in deciding the application for mutation under Section 109 and 110 of CGLRC. 3. I have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the pleadings and the notices issued by the Tehsildar on 08.10.2024. From perusal of above, it appears that the Tehsildar has already taken cognizance on the application of the petitioner. Hence, it is directed that the Tehsildar shall conclude the proceeding under Section 109 & 110 of CGLRC in accordance with law preferably within a period of 60 days. 4.
